Delete account
Request permanent deletion of your AUN Bizznes account and business data stored on our servers. You do not need the mobile app to start this request.
What happens when you delete your account
Grace period. After you confirm, your account is scheduled for permanent deletion after this period (UTC). You may cancel during this period by signing in to the app.
- Deleted: Your profile, clients, invoices, item templates, GST presets, uploaded logos/signatures, and other account data stored on our servers.
- Retained (where required): Limited billing, fraud-prevention, or legal records as described in our Privacy Policy — Data Retention.
- Permanent: After the grace period, deletion cannot be undone.
If you have an active premium subscription, cancel it in Google Play or the App Store before scheduling deletion.
